| Zephie was our fifth foal, a filly, born
here at Dakota Winds Farm and she took our breath away the
minute she was born. Zephyros means "The ancient Greek
name for the west wind, which is light and beneficial. In
Greek Mythology, it is the God of the Winds of Spring".
She is an almost exact replica of her mom, Promised Land’s
Fly the Flag but with two gorgeous blue eyes; definitely a
keeper! She has amazing movement and will be a match for her
mom as our future driving team. Following her Mom's successful
show record, Zephie has had tremendous success in her first
year of showing and was awarded MHCO Grand Champion Weanling
Filly of 2006.
